NID Verification (KYC) — Why and How
Identity verification (KYC) is a one-time step every licensed platform runs before releasing your first cash withdrawal. It confirms you are a real, of-age account holder - it is required by regulation, not a way to hold your money.
How it works
From your account settings, upload a clear scan or photo of your National ID (NID). Make sure the name matches your account name exactly. Review usually takes 24 to 48 hours on a normal working day; once done, you never repeat it and later payouts are faster.
Avoiding delays
Do it early - ideally right after you register, not when you are waiting on a payout. A blurry image or a name mismatch is the most common cause of a held withdrawal. Timings for each method are on the Payments page.
Do I need NID just to sign up?
No - you can open the account without it, but you must verify with a valid NID before the first withdrawal.
My name doesn't match exactly. What now?
Fix the name on your profile to match your NID before submitting, or the transfer and verification can be rejected.
